Linear potentiometers :

Characteristics: stroke up to 1000 mm mechanical life up to 100 x 106 cycles linearity up to 0.038% Applications: hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, robotics, process control, presses

Hall effect sensors :

Characteristics: measurement by phase shift of the signals contactless and right-angled versions 360° range linearity 1.5% flat versions from 8 mm Applications : automotive (steering column, stability control),  motor control, process control
